Choose a question below to see the answer or go back to all FAQs.

How do I book online?

All guests are required to pre-book their tickets online for the Kellogg’s promotion to gain entry.

To book your promotional ticket:

  1. Select the attraction that you wish to visit on the Booking page
  2. Select the ticket type that you wish to purchase
  3. If you have a cereal pack, click on the cereal pack booking link and complete your secure booking by entering your unique 10 digit code (found inside your Kellogg’s cereal box) and payment details.
  4. If you have a snack pack (which doesn't have a unique booking code), click on the snack pack link and complete your secure booking and payment details.

If booking through the snack pack route, on the day of visit please ensure you bring both your e-ticket and promotional pack to gain entry.

Thank you for your feedbank.

Can I book over the phone?

This offer is not available to book over the phone, however you can book your tickets via the using your unique promotional code.

Thank you for your feedbank.

How do I find my offer code?

Your offer code is a unique 10 digit code printed on the inside of promotional Kellogg’s cereal boxes products.

If you are not sure where to find your offer code, please follow our step by step guide.

Please note if you have a snack pack you will not have an offer code in your pack, but will be required to book through the ‘Snack Pack’ route and bring your promotional pack on the day of your visit to validate your booking.

Please note that your unique code can only be redeemed once per promotional pack.

Thank you for your feedbank.

My offer code is not accepted, am I entering it correctly?

If you believe your code includes a 0 (zero) or the letter O, please try the letter D in its place. Equally if you believe your code includes a U, please try exchanging it for the letter V.

Alternatively, you can still book your tickets online, click on the 'snack pack' booking link and complete your secure booking and payment - you will not be asked to input a unique code. On the day of visit please ensure you bring both your e-ticket and promotional pack to gain entry.

If you would like more help with your code please email Our team will be happy to help.

It has been brought to our attention that on occasion, some Cereal Packs may display a couple of letters that aren’t comprehendible - the letter N may look like a K within your unique code. In the event that you input a code with the letter K and an error message appears stated as ‘invalid’, please try and use the letter N instead. See below for an example of this error within the yellow circle:

What is the maximum number of people allowed per booking?

Each unique promotional code will enable two people to book tickets. Should you be booking tickets for more than two people you can use multiple promotional codes in one transaction.

For example:

Two people = 1 code

Four people = 2 codes

Six people = 3 codes

PLEASE NOTE: For a limited number of attractions this functionality is not available, therefore you may need to make multiple transactions per unique code.

Thank you for your feedbank.

What if I have a group of more than 2 people? Can I use the same voucher?

Each voucher can only be used once so if you have a group of two or more you will require additional unique codes or alternatively you can purchase further standard tickets. This can be done either online or at the attraction when you arrive.

Please note: We always recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee entry.

Thank you for your feedbank.

Is online booking secure?

Yes, absolutely. All online bookings are completely safe and stay in line with our privacy policy so your details are safe.

Thank you for your feedbank.

What are the benefits of booking online?

Pre-booking is essential for the Kellogg’s promotion. Tickets are not available to purchased at the attraction gate. Availability is not guaranteed when booking online via on the day of visit.

I want to use my snack pack voucher to visit a London attraction, but I'm being asked for a code?

If you have a snack pack voucher and want to purchase tickets for one of our London attractions, including the London Eye, SEA LIFE London, Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeons or Shrek's Adventure London, then you will need to use the 'snack pack/cut out voucher' booking link.

Once you click on the booking link you will be asked for a promotional code, this will either be ‘KelloggsGUGF’ or ‘KelloggsMGF' depending on the ticket you are purchasing. Once this code has been accepted continue your secure booking and payment details.

On the day of visit ensure you have both your e-ticket and on pack voucher to gain entry.

Thank you for your feedbank.
